The Beginner class is geared towards beginners/white belts and focuses on the fundamentals of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. All belts are welcome to attend this class to review and drill fundamental techniques. The Intermediate/Advanced class is open to all blue belts, purple belts and brown belts. |
